• refactor the web server parts to their own package
• refactor assets to a more sensible layout
• don't queue downloads immediately, instead:
  • user must choose profile and (optional) destination
  • or just close popup to abort
• destination can no longer be changed while in progress
  • this paves the way to allow us to have more flexibility in destination choice
