I have two feature requests...

The option to put a message along side of the picture sent via webhook as well.
Perhaps allowing us to point to certain txt files in order to set the message being sent..

i would also like to request a way to queue the update/upload via url instead of an auto update..

example : program would sit idle, until going to localhost:9090/upload is triggered, which would cause the program to view folder and see if anything new is there, then upload it as normal

I'd like to second this. The option to set descriptions with the picture upload in Discord would be nice instead of just photo dumps with no description. If possible maybe to fetch the current Twitch stream title and upload that with the screenshot. Please see attached example:
